DONT do it, no matter how good it sounds when you are talking to Bill. He was an hour late, it took him forever to do the job, my carpets turned orange and it took them 3 days to dry. Oh, and when I let my guard down for a few minutes to go outside, he hopped on his phone to waste more of my time.
I called him to tell him my carpets turned orange, he said he knew why (something w/ his equipment) and he would be out to re-clean them. He never showed. Rescheduled again, never showed. Now he wont return my calls and his company # is disconnected. My carpets look worse then before and now I have to get them cleaned again!!! I hope I never seen this guy Bill in person, because he will have egg all over his face.
Oh, and he said the same things to me as he did to others on this web site...he is the owner and he always does the first job w/ new customers. He claims he cleans the carpets for all the local Marriotts, but I know now that is a lie. Just stay away from this jerk!!
