I used them to replace my old unit. As in the review before me thier sale team made promises that the installed team didn't keep. Unit spec were not sufficient to cool my house. They just seem to run wiring where ever it was easy. it was a nightmare. They never replace the door into my attic that was removed for installation. Please do NOT use the people!
