This Applebees to on my way home from work so it is convenient to order ahead and pick it up on my way home. That said, I have had nothing but awful experiences using their Carside to Go. I provide extra time so I shouldn't need to wait but I sit for 10 minutes before someone checks to see if there is a car in the waiting spots. I even go to the take out service door and look inside at the kitchen but nobody acknowledges me. Last time, after sitting 10 minutes, I called to confirm the order was ready and that I was outside. Soon a manager approched the car to tell me that the parking spots were for take out customers only. When I explained the situation he asked if I had a promissed time for the food. Don't go there and expose yourself to the agravation.
