concerding the comments that i read online about this hotel; i was very pleased with this hotel.. i work at the ramada in indianapolis at the airport location, so i knew what i was getting into and chose not to go by those comments, and i amvery glad i did, we had a great time while there in chicago. and the shuttle driver and angie are both wonderful.. thank you and your staff for helping make our first trip to chicago a good one.. :)
