Don't board your dog here. I dropped two of mine off during only a two-hour time frame on a Sunday. I brought them out of the hot car, and they told me to put them back in the car while I was filling out the paper work. I said it was 100 degrees in the car. I was told it wasn't safe to other dogs to bring them in in case they were aggressive! The next day I called to see how they were, and they sprung a big one on me. The rather curt lady told me they hadn't gone to the bathroom in their kennel in 18 hours, so they asked me if I wanted them walked outside, which would cost $5 per walk per dog! This hadn't been communicated to me beforehand that I would have to pay extra for potty time on a small piece of grass. It already cost $42 for both dogs, and then they added on an extra $20 per day for potty breaks since they wouldn't go in their kennel. I said, why would a dog poop in their kennel when they're housetrained? This was a scam in my opinion and a way to extort more money from me. \r
The worst is that they both came home with diarrhea, one bloody. It's been five days, and now I have to get them to a vet. The kennels obviously weren't kept clean. I ended up paying $380 for five days for two dogs. My dogs have been kenneled elsewhere before and have never been expected to poop and pee in their own run, and then charged extra to go outside on grass. I'll never go back except to sue if either dog dies from whatever they contracted there. The people are rude and tack on hidden charges, not to mention unsanitary conditions.
