I can't believe this place is still in business??? This was truly the worst service I have ever experienced in my LIFE!! I live in Frisco and have visited the Chaucer's in Frisco once, which the food was good and the service was good, but my visit to the Addison, TX Chaucer?s location was a NIGHTMARE! The management is obviously so incompetent that they can?t even have a decent adult conversation to address and defuse small and I mean small issues.
