I just got treated as poorly as I've ever been treated by merchant. I called Bob's shop looking for 3 sets of tires for 3 different bikes.......I inquired about brand, sizing availability and price. I was willing spend top dollar to support a local shop who is open Mondays...how novel. Bob refuses to check anything for me and tells me not to waste his time looking things up for me and if I want to know anything, I'll need to drive down to his shop, and then hangs up on me. Listen up Bob! People like you hurt our sport. I was willing to drive 20 miles to give your small shop some business and find out what you were all about. It's pretty clear that your business is doing so well that you can just rudely blow off customers. I ride with a fairly large group of guys up north, and I'll be sure to tell them what a rude jerk Cycle Bob is. Bob.....your misery is your own doing!
