I have had an AWFUL experience using Coit. Their tech told me I would pay one price but then the invoice came for $100 more. I have called and talked to multiple people at Coit Salt Lake, and even their California offices, and I've been totally bullied by the employees. They have not backed down when I tell them I feel misled on the pricing quote and have started threatening collections rather than listening and trying to work things out with me. I'm thoroughly disappointed w/ my experience and do NOT recommed Coit. Steer clear; they do not put customers first.
