We were moving from out of town and we looked all over.We previewed so many places online and in the paper. Overall not clean and had a story. We went into Huber's office and whew. They told us we could'nt look at some places cause they were not cleaned up yet and those that we did look at were well kept and CLEAN!!!! So if it's cause the last tenant cleaned it or they did it made a huge difference. We found a suitable home and found out we would be expected to professionally clean the essentials when we moved out... OK they told us before we moved in AND actually thats what we loved about all the places we looked at that they mananged....they were really clean. They were very pleasant, and nice. They answered ALL of our questions and the paperwork was very detailed. THANK YOU Moving is stressfull but we are very happy.
