Well, I see one or two are not as ecstatic as I am today after finally getting permission of the Court to relocate to Hawaii with my son! Maybe your problem is with CA law if you blame all your lawyers. My expierence was that Daniel Williams in handling my divorce and then two years later modification of custody for move away was that he was above and beyone prepared to meet my burden of proof and to establish counter arguments that outweighed those of my ex, who has a good relationship with our son and had 50/50 until my move. It was hard and emotional and even when giving me bad news, Dan always made me feel good. In the end I am able to take advantage of this wonderful opportunity and be with my son. I would NEVER go with another lawyer as he has been dead on every time we have to go to Court.
