Indifferent, and careless.\r
My toy poodle regularly received grooming at Sugar Land Pet Hospital. At the time, she was a few months old. One day, the technician mindlessly, with the razor, cuts a gash across her eye.\r
Upon picking up my puppy, we were told only that a vet took a look at her eye, and administered antibiotics. Apology? No. Apparently, no responsibility is taken by 'groomers' who should, professionally, know how to handle scared dogs; it was my puppy's fault for naturally responding in a scared manner.\r
My puppy is now frantically afraid of all razors. A visible scar runs across her eye. Compensation has not been offered.
