I was very grateful to find a clinic in town that would accept my daughter as a patient who has no insurance and no income, so we did not have to pay the $82 fee up front. However, I am VERY upset at the fact that Dr. Jubane wrote her a prescription for $129 drops for swimmers ear that was not available in generic. I called the office as soon as we left the pharmacy asking for a less expensive treatment only to be told to leave a voice mail & never to have my call returned. If Cleco is supposed to be for people with no insurance & low income, less expensive treatment options should have automatically been discussed or at least a phone call returned.
