Me and my husband was treated very WRONG at this office and it hasnt always been like this. Dr. Jubane seems to be a caring doctor, but his clinical nurse EMILY CROWDER is very rude and her attitude STANKS. Im a very positive person and believe in seeing the good in everyone. But on this particular day, due to the fact they had my husband appt messed up, we was treated unfair and made us feel like we was contaminated animals. The charge nurse first acted as if she was concerned, and then she became very RUDE due to the fact i sat in the lobby and heard them discussing MY SITUATION and i wasnt even the one with the appt. Teresa, a lady that makes appts, and send up messages told EVERYBODY in the office that i had COVID and she had spoke with me numerous times dates starting 8/12. Well i had called MANY times trying to get my husband a TELEPHONE visit, that NEVER happened cause each doctor that he had seen was NO LONGER THERE. So on 8/25 he was taken to the ER with blood pressure of 180/130. They told him to follow up with his PC. I called and she gaved him a appt for 8/26 @4;30. Got there, they couldnt find it. So after going back and forth with them They vowed to squeeze him in with Jubane. They violated HIPPA to the max!!! instead of them concetrating on him, they started looking at me, MIND YALL IT WAS NOT MY APPT... we was following PROTOCAL from the ER cause they didnt prescribe him any BLOOD PRESSURE meds. He was in the back and they made him leave out the back door, and came and told me i shouldnt be in the office cause i was positive for COVID back on the 12th... I think isolation is 10-14 days... this was 8/26. They started spraying and wiping down doors and phones and chairs as if we was dirty dogs. Emily came out and said something to the girl at the front desk, but never ME. OUR QUARTINE WAS OVER!!! Im reporting them to the BOARD due to the fact IT WAS PEOPLE IN THE LOBBY as well as the front door, and the girl that was taken temps, went back and forth with me in front of the patients.
