I've been practicing in this place for 2 years. It has helped me to discover who really I am,.At the same time, it has given me a lot of beautiful experiences. I have met wonderful and friendly people. \r
I have learn how to relax my body, control my thoughts, and expanding my own energy.\r
Now, I connect easily with my energy and I know how to lead and work with it.\r
Everyone should try at least 3 months to see a change in their body.
