After the reviews I read about the Ramada Inn, I was afraid to stay there, but I had l already paid my money and it was within my budget. I was pleasantly surprised at the superb customer service(especially Angie) and the new manager(unfortunately I cannot remember her name). Our room was clean and the staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. \r

Everyone has a negative experience somewhere no matter how exclusive the hotel is, but when you have a positive one, how about writing about that and giving credit where it is due!\r
