My husband & I stopped at Knights Ice Cream tonight (8/22) and planned to use our Westerville South coupon card. The card is valid through 8/31/10, and Knights is one of the participating companies. We were told at the check-out ""My boss says we can't accept that."" We probably would've saved $1.20, but bad word-of-mouth will lose them a lot more business than $1.20. Customer service clearly is not the focus of Knights Ice Cream, and we'll be visiting Graeters instead on our next ice cream outing.
