I am quite confused by the first review on here. Sounds fake (competitor) to me. Seemed to me like Sam would go out of his way to accommodate my needs. If you are doubtful, go to his website and look at the real feedback on there. I took my laptop there after I saw the "Painted Iphone" testimonial. He knows what he's doing, he's very professional, and he has fair pricing. Period. Check him out... you won't be disappointed... I wasn't.
