I tried to unplug my drain using a snake to no avail. I couldn't do laundry or run the dishwasher. So I called Roto-Rooter to see if they could help me. They were able to come out the next day and fix the problem. Dax found an outside drain access pipe and proceeded to pull out all kinds of tree roots. He fixed the problem and set me up on an annual treatment plan to kill the roots in my pipe. I have lived in my house for over 23 years and never had a clue that there was a pipe right outside my back door!! Thanks Dax for the great job and your professionalism. I would definely use your company again and tell my friends what a great job Roto-Rooter did! Thanks.
