this was the first time I've had an exterminator come. Benett sent us an email with all the instructions and how to prep our rooms. I had to get a box spring cover for after the treatment- which i got from them for only $38 (all the other ones I saw were much more expensive. it was the best price and he just brought it to my place the day of the extermination). He came on time and even though my roommates weren't quite ready he was very patient and waited till we had all our linens bagged up. He did a great job.
