This place was really helpful and affordable years ago when I would take problems I couldn't solve on my own there. Recently, however, we took a car in and they wanted $323 for front pads and $205 for the AC and steering belts. When we declined, we got attitude. The belts took me 10 minutes and cost me $45. The brakes cost me $90 after machining the rotors. I figure it would take them an hour to do both jobs max. Even if they paid full retail (which they don't) for parts and machining, that would be about $400/hr shop fee. Ummm No thank you!
