My husband and I set out to replace our outdoor furniture and Berks was our last stop. They have everything you could want (and more) to choose from. Our salesperson Paul was extremely helpful, patient, and most importantly --a no pressure sales guy -- he took lots of time with us, and allowed us to take our time --he gave us good and honest advice, helped us choose what was ultimately best for us and was a pleasure to chat with as well as do business with. When we had a change of heart on one of the items we ordered, both Paul and the store manager Steve went above and beyond to help us get what we wanted and make sure we were satisfied all the way around with the outcome. They are helpful, responsive and just really nice people. You don't need to go anywhere else if you are in the market for outdoor furniture and accessories -- Berks is the only place in town as far as we're concerned.
