I am completely disappointed in your Fairbanks location, which I visited tonight. I had heard such wonderful things about your restaurant and was so excited to visit it. However, after tonight, I will make sure to tell everyone I know never to go there. I came with two other adults and two toddlers. After our waitress took our drink and food orders, we never saw her again. Our drinks were NEVER refilled. After waiting for over 30 minutes for our food, I went to find her to explain that the children were getting anxious and ask about the status of our order. She told me that she would check on it, and once again, she never returned. After waiting another 15 minutes, the manager came and apologized for the slow service and told us that our order had been lost. After bringing us cold cornbread, the manager brought us our orders to go. The manager told me that she would bring me the check. After waiting another ten minutes, I had to find the waitress and inquire about the check. We were charged full price for everything. When we were home, we realized that the Bacon Cheeseburger had no sauce and burnt bacon on it. The macaroni and cheese was disgusting. If this is how you treat your customers, we will never return to Big Daddy's again.
