Douglas Property Management (I use the term ""management"" very loosely) These people have nothing better to do than to nitpick. I have called NUMEROUS times about the condition of our neighborhood playground and how it is in need of repairs. I swear kids need a tetanus shot just to go up there. Instead of fixing things that are desperate need of repair they drive around and write warnings for people with rust on the gable vents, color of shingles, trees with too much shade, and trashcans on the side of the house. These people, I'm sure, were probably picked on in school and our using their power to show just how much of a Napolean Complex they have. Thanks for nothing jerks!!! Get a life and stop making the lives of friendly neighbors miserable.
Pros: None. Worst property managers ever!!!
Cons: Never responsive, too aggressive, VERY preferential!!!
