My sister and I went there to get our nails done for her wedding. The day before the big day, one of her french tips popped off, so I called the salon because they "guarantee" their work for 2 weeks. First they told her they couldn't see her at all. I called again and they said to come in at 2:45. When my sister got there (after a 30 min. drive) they said they were too busy. And when I say THEY, this was the OWNER!!! She had to pay someone else to fix her nail!!!! Not to mention the other nine look like they may pop off any minute now..... These people are rude and unprofessional, their guarantee means nothing.
