It was Mother’s Day when we discovered a leak in the pipes connecting our hot water heater. We were distraught. The last time we needed a plumber we went with the 1st big ad in the yellow pages. What a mistake that was! They ripped us off big time. This time we made few phone calls to friends and one of the suggested Roto- Rooter. We were skeptical about using a big name company, but we had an excellent recommendation from a friend. So we called and were told a plumber would be out within 2 hours. There would be no charges for service unless we accepted the quote. Unlike the last company who charged us $75 just to come and give us an estimate.
Our Roto-Rooter plumber arrived in a timely manor and assessed our problem. We were surprised and relieved at the price quote he gave us. He completed the work for a fair price and we enjoyed the rest of the day. Roto-Rooter did a great job for us and we would recommend them to anyone.
