Once upon a time...I took in my car because I was sick of fixing my brakes and I thought that Merlin would be honest with me and just replace my worn out brake pads... I was fine with the 90 bucks they were going to charge me to do the work of putting on rear brake pads. Then things got complicated...They told me my rear brake caliper was broken and they (with their fancy tool for my car) could not fix it. I took it home with only half of my rear brakes (and my front brakes which I fixed) working. I decided to check on the quote of $143.20 that Merlin quoted me for the new rear caliper part (which I found out later I would not even need). \r
