Merlin 200000 Miles Shop

This shop is unbelievable.The techs are very knowledgable.This is my first time ever going to Merlin's and all I have to say is this place is very clean. The people at the front desk were very nice and curtious to me and my family. One great thing I did notice is that they bring you out to your vehicle and show what is going on as well as they treat you like family. I defianetly will recommend all my family members and friends to go to this Merlins location. Great job guys keep up the good work. more

This is a story about a guy who almost got ripped off by Merlin. Once upon a time...I took in my car because I was sick of fixing my brakes and I thought that Merlin would be honest with me and just replace my worn out brake pads... I was fine with the 90 bucks they were going to charge me to do the work of putting on rear brake pads. Then things got complicated...They told me my rear brake caliper was broken and they (with their fancy tool for my car) could not fix it. I took it home with only half of my rear brakes (and my front brakes which I fixed) working. I decided to check on the quote of $143.20 that Merlin quoted me for the new rear caliper part (which I found out later I would not even need). \r \r Merlin told me that they get their parts from Autozone. I get my parts from Autozone as well and when I went into Autozone to get a new caliper it only was going to cost me 54.99. Kindof a difference huh? My experience with this place has been nothing but good. They are fast, fair, and friendly. I've never been overcharged, and they always found ways to save me money. I've had my muffler worked on and oil done there, and been very satisfied. more
