Are you kidding me? Wachovia is the most predatory bank I could imagine. They have not only refused to honor my request for the opt-out of the so-called "convenience" of charging me a $35 fee for a cup of coffee, but they have been extremely rude and unhelpful in clearing up their mistake! They charged me $1600 worth of overdraft fees in less than 2wks while they had told me I was protected from this. DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY INTO THIS BANK IF YOU VALUE INTEGRITY, CUSTOMER SERVICE, OR FAIR BUSINESS PRACTICE. THEY ARE LIARS AND CHEATS.
