The lack of professionalism and respect that our group received from this establishment was outrageous. I have never in my life had someone be so uncouth, rude and impolite.\r \r When we contacted the company to dispute the after the fact charge that was made to the booking credit card, their only response was, ""Nice try."" This response is in black & white - sent via email. We cleaned out the vehicle at the end of our use and was told by the driver that everything looked fine. The following Monday, there was a cleaning charge made to the booking credit card with no other communication. No effort was even made to verify that they were charging the right group based on the vehicle that was used. \r \r I work in the customer service industry, and I can guarantee that I would be fired if I conducted myself in such a manner. This company charged us for things we did not inflict and then made offensive remarks when we asked for an explanation. The staff made it quite clear that they have no interest in return business and are juvenile, ill-mannered individuals who berate their customers.\r \r Please take this into consideration and save others the hassle and frustration of dealing with this company.
