I am a yoga newbie and more often than not I do the poses and forms in the wrong manner and end up with a resented muscle (or two or three) fortunately, at the Lexington Chirpractic clinic they are aware of all the muscles and are extremely professional so I do not have to worry about my sore muscles... They fix me right up!
