At this location, unfortunately, I just received a turkey sandwich with 2 maggots in it - one was still obviously alive and moving. I promptly returned the sandwich, showing the maggot, and the manager kindly refunded my money.
I then went to Chik-fil-A, and while talking with the person at the window, I was told by this Chik-fil-A employee that someone shared a story with them about a similar bad experience at this same Subway location two weeks earlier. Apparently, the person making their sandwich was scratching their head and armpit during the course of making their sandwich.
Pros: Usually fresh and delicious
Cons: Found maggots
