Spoke with Peg today about pricing a large container for construction waste removal... she'd said ""Not until you resolve the matter of your past due bill"". I had to confront her ""Really, I'm not going to get pricing until I've paid an old bill, that I didn't even know I had?"" And yes the old bill was apparently for service AFTER I had requested service be discontinued, PLUS a collections ""fee"". Genious! I'm sure I will have to pay, because after all, THEY can't have possibly made a mistake. Why be so testy with people? Does it really get you anywhere?
Pros: Very eager to bill in advance, and in advance...
Cons: Billing errors, customer service is shoddy
