RUDE RUDE RUDE I have been a customer for 5 years, never been late or had any billing issues. They didn't send me a bill this last service period. I don't keep track of that stuff I'm busy! If I don't get a bill I'm not going to magically remember to pay it - especially when 3 months goes by between bills. I got a letter in the mail saying no payment was made I thought it was a mistake but didn't have much time to call on it before they stopped my service. Not even a phone call after 5 years being a customer? Really? If you are going to leave someones trash in the street that has religiously paid you for the last 5 years pick up the phone and call to make sure, leave a message, something! Or at least let them pay over the phone and go back and pick it up this wasn't my fault! When I called I was pretty much told tough we aren't coming back til next week. Really? I have cancelled my service with them and found it cheaper so maybe they did me a favor. more

Worst Service! 12/9/2010

We had to call numerous time to come pick up the lawn bags from the fall. yesterday i set my trash out before work came home and they missed it. call and they said it wasn't out at 10:30 even though i was at work then. Secretary at the company even said the driver was in the office on break at the same time he said he was at our house. Manager refuses to come and get our trash. obviously we have fired this company. more

Testy, testy... 6/10/2010

Spoke with Peg today about pricing a large container for construction waste removal... she'd said ""Not until you resolve the matter of your past due bill"". I had to confront her ""Really, I'm not going to get pricing until I've paid an old bill, that I didn't even know I had?"" And yes the old bill was apparently for service AFTER I had requested service be discontinued, PLUS a collections ""fee"". Genious! I'm sure I will have to pay, because after all, THEY can't have possibly made a mistake. Why be so testy with people? Does it really get you anywhere? Pros: Very eager to bill in advance, and in advance... Cons: Billing errors, customer service is shoddy more
