I've been going to The New You for years for their mineral body wraps and the heat sauna therapy offered. Both of the wraps are AMAZING and really work to detox the body...it's just an added bonus that you lose a few pounds and a ton of inches while you're there.
The last time I did the mineral wrap alone I lost 27 inches over all. The last sauna therapy I lost 3 pounds and kept it off.
