Went into the store to get my presentation printed, bound and shipped. I was prepared to wait hours as I did at FedEx Office. BUT what a surprise they quickly had me email them my file tell them what I wanted and I was out the door. They emailed me my tracking number and I got an email when my presentation delivered... Thank you John and Sue for making my job easier I WILL see you again
