Got a great cut here and was excited about a new salon. The color was a bit brassy though and they told me to wait to see if I got 'used to it' still didn't like it so I called back about 3 weeks later to see if I could make a follow up apt to change it. Got major attitude about how they couldn't do anything because it was over 14 days - um, I *was* willing to pay, but in addition you told me to wait. But because I have heard reception here tends to be rude, I asked for the manager, explained the whole thing and that I wanted to just correct the color and got a lecture. Seriously? I can get 'tude for free ladies. Too bad since the stylist was good but I will never set foot in there again. And I fixed the issue myself for $7 thanks to the gold old boxed stuff.
