First off, I have lived at Riverchase for three years. I have made no waves with the exception of the a work request here or there and have always paid rent on time and have never been approached by management for any negative reason. Saying that I shall start my review.
Not only are the apartments very mediocre, but the staff is horrible. Water is shut off for maintenance without notification. Fire alarms have gone off without reason in the middle of the night. Work requests frequently go unnoticed. I am currently fighting with them about moving out at the end of my lease. You have 60 days to notify them before the end of the lease date and they won't give us any verification that they have received our notice to vacate. They do whatever they need to do to get you in the door then they treat you like feces the moment you sign on the dotted line. I had a good experience to begin with, but after time you'd think they would favor their long term clients. I recommend finding somewhere with a better track record and actually stop by and talk to a resident.
