After Zoom Impressions no called no showed for 3 appointments they FINALLY came out an hour late on the 4th appointment to clean my vehicle. ( We had a gift certificate, otherwise I would have dropped them on the first no call no show)
I was really excited because the other reviews say if you can get Zoom to show up they do a great job. This was not the case!!!!!
The car is OK level of cleanliness. Like, the $9.99 special at Auto Bell Car Wash kinda clean.
I Would not recommended Zoom Impressions, which sucks because I am a HUGE supporter of locally owned small businesses.
Cons: No Call No Show
