I wish there was a way to give this company a negative 10 rating, because a one is much too high. They don't keep their appointments and the owner doesn't return phone calls or emails. I had two appt. with this slack company, one of those appts was set up directly by Martin. I guess only their time is valuable because they sure didn't respect my time by calling and saying they weren't coming.\r \r Martin has failed to answer a basic question that has been asked numerous times- how is it that if I have a SHEDULED APPT, especially an early morning one, that you are a no show? How does the fact that you had an overwhelming response to groupon effect me\r if I had an appt? Did it ever dawn on you to call to let someone know that you weren't coming?\r \r If you are trying to accomadate the people you ""screwed over"" stop having your Zoom Day just on the South or East side of town. Charlotte covers more than just those two areas, you might want to include University and the North end.\r \r If you purchased a Groupon you can get a refund by contacting Groupon. I doubt Martin (the owner) let you know that, probably because he doesn't want to lose that money.\r \r By the way don't let the overall score of 4 stars, that Zoom receives on this site fool you. After Zoom Impressions no called no showed for 3 appointments they FINALLY came out an hour late on the 4th appointment to clean my vehicle. ( We had a gift certificate, otherwise I would have dropped them on the first no call no show) I was really excited because the other reviews say if you can get Zoom to show up they do a great job. This was not the case!!!!! The car is OK level of cleanliness. Like, the $9.99 special at Auto Bell Car Wash kinda clean. I Would not recommended Zoom Impressions, which sucks because I am a HUGE supporter of locally owned small businesses. Cons: No Call No Show more

Didn't keep appointment, didn't call while I sat around wasting an hour. When I called, they said their commercial customers came first, and I should have known they wouldn't be coming out (!) There was intermittent rain, but at appointment time it was clear. So I emailed to reschedule - so far they've just ignored me. From what other people say, it sounds like I'll have to go to one of their group sessions - but that was the reason I bought their service in the first place - I travel all the time and don't have time for that. If that's the case, this will be a total waste of money. My advice to companies: Don't do Groupons if you can't handle the volume of business you'll get. You're just making enemies, not customers. I purchased 2 groupons for this company in March to receive the detail service at my house. They could not book an appointment until June due to the large volume of customers who also purchased a groupon. I was okay with that and understood it may take a while. However, I just received a message that they no longer will take ANY people-with or without an appointment-who purchased groupons unless they come to them at a location they deem appropriate. Oh-and you have to sit in line at the designated location. Their reasoning is that they cannot handle the volume of customers and that they are ""inconveniencing current customers"". Which basically means the people paying at full price. Lousy customer service! If they had honored their original groupon date & did a good job, they could have had repeat customers for a long time as the convenience factor of them coming to my home was a huge draw. They need to learn to manage volume & new customers better!!!!! Pros: Not sure-never had the opportunity! Cons: Would not honor groupon purchased more

Martin and his crew came by and really did a hell of a job on my car. They were there on time, and surprised me with a complimentary upgrade. Made the car look like it was right off the lot. Definitely a great deal, probably too good of one to be honest for the work and time they put into it. Without a doubt I will be using again and I highly recommend. I have never experienced service like this before until last SAT. the owner Martin kept his word when he said he would be at my house by 8am. He was there a couple of minutes before. I was greeted by Martin in which he was a down to earth, friendly, courteous, individual. He did a wonderful job with cleaning out the inside, he removed rugs, cleaned out cracks, sprayed carpet with freshner, cleaned inside windows. The only thing i didnt like i wish he could've cleaned my cup holder trays and door handles a little better but thats ok, he did a wonderful job on the outside as well from tire cleaning to cleaning the roof of my van. I was very satisfied with this service, i told martin it looked like my van looked brand new like when i first bought it . I thank you Martin on a job well done and recommend this service to anyone with a vehicle that can be washed, after all he comes to you to provide service and works hard at it, dont pass this one by give it a try and when its clean dont forget to ZOOM..... Zoom Impressions is an absolute must for any that is in field sales or works in an indsutry that requires them to have a higher level of appearance. The job they did on my car was outstanding. I have not seen my car that clean since I took it from the dealership two years ago, and I frequently have others attempt to detail my car. Additionally having the ability to sit my office and makke calls while it is done is vital. There was no disruption to my day, and I am even able to set up appointments with Martin whenever I need, because when I call him, he answers his phone. Accessability is a must in my book. Zoom came to my home on a Saturday and while I ran errands and went about my day....My car went from blah to beautiful again!! I am still slipping on my supple leather seats and the car still smells new car fresh...I was the envy of my neighbors with the shiniest car on the block...they did a great job and they were professional! Customer service lives and now my car can be hand washed and I am drought resistant with Zoom Impressions!!! more

I had Martin & co. detail all my cars and they not only took the time and care to do the job right, they cleaned areas that I thought were un-cleanable! They arrived at my house and stayed until the job was done! I would recommend these guys to everyone who wants a clean, shiny, bright car. Pros: Great job, convenient more
