I was referred to Direct Drive by another Auto shop to get my car's AC fixed few years ago. After going to the Ford dealer two times costing me $1600 and it is still broke after few months, I was skeptic when they quoted me $800 to fix it. The owner explained to me the reason it is so much is because he is giving me new parts. Now is four years later, my AC is still working. :) With time, I can see they were honest with me.
