I recently moved to Richmond, I miss my hair.wax.etc. people, and I am VERY VERY picky, and I will let anyone know if I am not satisfied - Shia TOTALLY delivers. LOVE her - the brazilian is flawless, brows are amazing. Professional, quick, thorough, and very economical - all in a pleasant, unique environment. Wherever you live, it's worth the drive to Glow Spa if you don't live near.
