While I love the products this store carries, nearly every time I shop there, I feel uncomfortable. The reason is the employees have this ""too cool"" attitude that is not welcoming at all. I have found this to be true every time except once. To give you a concrete example, not a single time I shopped there has an employee asked if they can help me, even when there are no other customers in the store! Being that the employees are students of naturopathy I would expect a more friendly and personable approach from them.
