One two different occasions I drove up to the service center for an service on my vehicle and I waited for 15min and no one came out to take my vehicle in for service.\r
There were three mechanics standing outside looking at me and they just walked back inside. \r
I am in the Army and had one of the GSA vehicles brake down on me. The first time I called pep boys roadside service they placed me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and it took 30min just to take my information. \r
As far as parts they had a few things that the other local stores did not have but their prices were a little higher.
