I have done business with this office for many years. \r \r They have always done excellent work. In the one time they could not fix my Cadillac, they returned all my money I had paid for parts, labor and computer scans IN CASH. Then Cadillac dealer fixed it, BUT FOR A MUCH BIGGER PRICE. more

went in 4 a simple tune up no running problems and 3hrs later got back my car with grease stains and a bad skipp incompetents tottally tore up my vehicle STAY AWAY FROM PEP BOYS! the store manager scott was a total jerk told me i needed to have an additional 99 dollar diagnosis to find out what the problem was took it to goodyear and got it fixed properly more

PEP BOYS IS A BUNCH OF CROOKS, DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR THERE!!!! I took my 00 pontiac grand prix to pepboys in nov.2009, I told them to fix my Power steering, 3 window motors, and brakes. they told me my brakes were fine but I should get a tune up, and new tires so I did, When I got my car back $2200.00 & 1 week later they hadn't fixed nothing!! My power steering was worse than before I took in, they fixed my windows but somehow the one window that worked before I brought my car in was now broke, my door panel was hanging off, my engine light was on, and abs light was on too. I took it back up there and they were very rude to me, they told me it was my rack not the pump, well isn't that thier job to fix the right thing, instead I truly believe they broke other stuff intentionally cause I was so quick to pay the $2200.00 but I used a CC I don't have $ to blow like that, I will never go back there and strongly recommend for no one else too either more

One two different occasions I drove up to the service center for an service on my vehicle and I waited for 15min and no one came out to take my vehicle in for service.\r There were three mechanics standing outside looking at me and they just walked back inside. \r I am in the Army and had one of the GSA vehicles brake down on me. The first time I called pep boys roadside service they placed me on hold and hung up on me. I called back and it took 30min just to take my information. \r As far as parts they had a few things that the other local stores did not have but their prices were a little higher. more

I went in there last night to buy a number of things. They had everything I wanted at good prices but there was only one young guy helping anyone. He was running all over And I felt sorry for the guy. I asked if they were short staffed and he said no. Either they need more staff or the other people who were there "working" need to take some customer service classes pronto. more

My Dad went just to get the car inspected for emissions. What should have taken ten minutes took an hour an a half. Unexceptable. There were all these unforeseen problems with their machines and such. It took way to long. more

These guys took work that they could not successfully do correctly. They took my money and applied their parts and labor without solving the problem several times over. Their national complaint department didn't call back upon my request for them to have all receipts in front of them for us to discuss. This is first formal complaint I have ever done! more
