I would NOT rent from this company. They bring a whole new meaning to the term "slumlords." I had to put my own lock on my door, because they wouldn't install a lock that my NEIGHBOR didn't have a key to. I had to break my lease early because my neighbor was so loud. I couldn't get more than about 5 hours of sleep for night, and could never get any studying done, either. I was charged for holes in the wall that were there when I moved in. My apartment flooded one weekend when I was gone, and I had to pay for the carpet cleaning. My leasing agent ignored almost all of my email, phone calls, and letters. If you rent with them, be prepared to be ignored A LOT. I was lied to about things before I signed a lease with them, they entered my apartment numerous times without notice, and they sent over the most incompetant help to fix things. I seriously can't stress enough not to rent with them. I was screwed over on my security deposit and seriously considered taking them to small c
