Maurer's lost an article of clothing, a sweater. The staff at the local outlet were completely uncooperative and rude. When I called the office to try to find out what was happening after 2 1/2 weeks, the "manager" asked for more time to "find" the sweater. She could not. When she asked about settling up. She accused me of inflating the price of the sweater in order to make money. She now refuses to take my calls. I leave messages; she does not return them. This morning I was told she was in therapy and would not be back in the office for a long time because she would have to drive one of the trucks. We probably never will be reimbursed....
