I travel all over the country for work and also have been to Europe. I recently had a meal with my wife at Casalinga and I have to say that the food Carlo makes at his restaurant is the best on the planet ! Really, I can cook myself and anyone that eats at Casalinga will admit that Carlo has a gift. I think he should change the name of Casalinga to "" Smack your Momma"" I italian restorante , but I know the italian mothers would be offended.\r
