Called dispatch. Within a few minutes of the call to dispatch, Jim called me, told me he was in the area, and would be right over. Less than 10 minutes later he was here, and had the problem diagnosed. Due to this being an old house, there were some logistical issues replacing the wax ring on the toilet. Jim was very forthcoming and thorough about what he was doing to fix the problem, and gave helpful advice on what I should think about doing for a more permanent fix. I will definitely use Fischer Plumbing in the future. Service was excellent, and done in a very timely manner. \r
