I ordered a Blue Star range top and a ventilation hood from Airs and nothing was right from the get-go. The salesman screwed up my transaction and rather than canceling it, I received an overdraft from the bank. The range top that I ordered came to them scratched and it took 2 weeks to get a new one to my home. The ventilation hood was completely busted even though the box was totally intact. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for a piece of trim for the cooktop because the first one was bent. It was supposed to be drop shipped to my home and I've yet to see it. The only thing going for the place is that they were the only ones carrying the stovetop I wanted, other than that nothing was right and the service sucked. When they say they'll call you back, they never do. I ordered all my things over two months ago and I'm still waiting. The contractor is a very patient man, but I'm no longer patient. Do not shop here.
