I am a parent of a teen and a 10 year old. My experience with Us Tae Kwon Do was not a positive one at all. I have also heard very similiar responses from other concerned parents. I think, in haste, regretfully, I allowed my children to be exposed to such an awful place. I always thought that martial arts was supposed to teach discipline, humility, etc. I have witnessed the owner of this school yelling at people outside, fighting with the neighboring tire store, and from what I heard they physically started fights. It was just a very poor display coming from a place that is supposed to teach discipline. I do not know much about tae kwon do itself, but discipline or not, I seen way too much to know that I will never expose my kids in that environment again.
Cons: They do not practice their philosophy. Very misleading!
